In 2021 we did another multi-day sea kayak trip after gap of a few years. The trip was organized by Marilyn and Dan. Big thanks for that! Also participating were Marilyn’s son Jeff, Dan’s nephew Eytan, and friends Helen, Linda, and Patrick.
The original plan was for us to start our trip from Telegraph Cove on Vancouver Island. However, Covid-19 travel restrictions prevented us from travelling to Vancouver Island. Patrick suggested an excellent Plan B: travel down the west side of Texada Island to Jedediah Island. Texada Island was accessed from Powell River which was within our permitted Covid-19 travel area. Big thanks as well to Linda and Patrick for accommodating all of us at their Powell River home before and after the paddle.
We had an excellent seven day trip with five separate campsites.
